Ikal Black is a kennel specialised in Australian Shepherds and Miniature American Shepherds.
They are working breeds that call for careful selection of structure, movement and character, and that is how we raise every litter: with judgement, with time and with many years of breeding experience.
We work with selected lines aiming for balanced, healthy dogs with aptitude for sport and work, who are also great companions at home. We will advise you so you choose the shepherd that fits the way you live.

Who is behind it
For years I bred English Bulldogs. Then I met the shepherds and had a hunch: I fell in love with the breed.
I see them as the future. They are truly noble and beautiful dogs, intelligent and with a unique balance of beauty, character and working ability. That is why Ikal Black was born: a kennel devoted only to them, where I select every dog with all the dedication and high standards they deserve.

We breed as a registered zoological nucleus (B-2500298), with full transparency at every step.
Puppies grow up in a very large space surrounded by nature, where they go out to play every day. We prioritise their care, their health and their socialisation.
From a young age they live alongside animals of other species, so they arrive home sociable, calm and ready for family life.
The parents live on site and you can meet them. A first-hand way to see what your puppy will be like.
We know shepherds, their character and their care in depth. We guide you according to what you are looking for, so you choose the puppy that suits you best.

We prioritise that you come to the kennel to meet the puppies and their parents, so the connection is genuine. If you cannot come, you can also choose from home, with photos and videos.
If your puppy is not ready to leave yet, we make a reservation and prepare a pre-contract with the puppy's details and the estimated delivery date. If they are ready, they can go home with you.
We remain at your disposal for any question and keep advising you once you have your puppy at home.
Puppies go home from 2 months old, with everything needed to get off to a good start.
We wait for the puppy to develop properly, grow strong and socialise with its siblings and other animals, so it can then go home with its new family. That is why puppies are delivered from 2 months of age.
They go home with their health card, with the corresponding vaccinations and deworming according to the vaccination schedule.
Every puppy goes home with its microchip and its transfer contract.

We give you a food kit for the first few days and a 2-for-1 on Royal Canin for your next purchase.
Depending on the litter, we can arrange the pedigree or registration in the LOE (Spanish Stud Book) at an additional cost. Ask us about each case.
